An academy for rural artisans
Needed is:
- A program for permanent formation of rural artisans in the classic arts and crafts, in which the stimulation and development of their creative talent figures large. Training facilities that can, in every sense, stand the comparison with academies of art and industrial design.
(With regard to the specific creative potential of the Peruvian artisans and the pleasure and intensity they work with developing this potential, provided they are given chance and impulse, this idea is quite realistic.)
- The formation of a core of instructors from among the artisans themselves, that can ensure this stimulation and development adequately and support the creative alphabetization of their companions.

Una academia para artesanos campesinos
Se necesita:
- Un programa de formación permanente para artesanos campesinos que los capacite en la artesanía clásica y que dé mucha importancia al desarrollo del talento creativo. Un centro de capacitación que compita, a todas luces, con academias de arte y de diseños industriales.
(En vista del potencial talentoso específico que tienen los artesanos y artesanas del Perú, y la alegría e intensidad con qué se trabaja desarrollando este potencial, cuando se brinde la posibilidad y el impulso, esta percepción es muy real.)
- La formación de un grupo de campesinos como instructores y promotores de la creatividad de los artesanos(as) y para que apoyen también los programas de alfabetización de sus compañeros(as) campesinos(as).
